Thank you for visiting the Surplus Lines Clearinghouse (SLC) website. Your privacy is very important to us. Simply stated, our policy is to collect no personal information about you when you visit the SLC website, unless you affirmatively choose to make such information available to us.

When you visit the SLC website, the web server automatically recognizes only the Internet domain and IP (internet protocol) address from which you accessed the site. This information does not result in the identification of your personal e-mail address or other personal information.

The Surplus Lines Clearinghouse website is available for brokers, policyholders, state regulators, and other interested parties, to provide information and assistance on multi-state non-admitted insurance and the Surplus Lines Clearinghouse created to process multi-state policy data and tax collections and allocations as required by the Non-Admitted and Reinsurance Reform Act (NRRA) and the Non-Admitted Insurance Multi-State Agreement (NIMA).
