state regulators, and other interested parties, to provide information and assistance
on multi-state non-admitted insurance and the Surplus Lines Clearinghouse created to
process multi-state policy data and tax collections and allocations as required by
the Non-Admitted and Reinsurance Reform Act (NRRA) and the Non-Admitted Insurance
Multi-State Agreement (NIMA).
